Project Management
The Simitri Project Management Workshop is designed to enable participants to
develop the skills and ability to lead projects, resolve issues and achieve results in
today’s ever changing business environment.
Through an accelerated learning process, the workshop uses a model to help
participants develop strength, focus and flexibility as an internal project manager.
By using a variety of project planning, problem solving and issue management tools, the
participants will be able to incorporate both rational and creative processes when
managing projects and improving teams.
